Message: First let me start by saying I am new to the catfish world. Here in Michigan I fish for steelhead, salmon, and trout. I purchased a value pack of secret 7 for price, and an introduction in to cat fishing. I received my package promptly although missing my glow wraps, I did receive the sinker bumpers I believe as a substitute which all in all is fine. I received my package, rigged up my rods as directed in the You Tube videos, and the wait was on. Shortly after dark, BANG! fish on. Of all the tackle I have used, ordered, and bought over my life time. I have never used a system like this that produces as advertised!!!!. Call it luck, what ever you wish...I can only say that this stuff works!! I will be a returning customer, and look forward to getting more cats!...Team Catfish is the real deal!!!!thanks for the honesty of your products!!!

Message: After using Secret 7 a three of our local paylakes with no luck what so ever I decided that it just doesnt work, but last night i went to one of our farm ponds and I forgot to take my shrimp with me and I just happened to have some Secret 7 left in my bag and I decided to use it instead of driving all the way back home and all I can say is "WOW"! I hadn't been sittin' more than 10 mins when I caught my first channel cat, about 3lbs. Had a hold of four more that came off but my last channel cat, a 5 pounder didn't. Thanks you guys. This stuff really works.

Message: i bought some of the sudden impact with hesitation that it would really work. i had tried everything from home made dough baits to squid, worms, garlic baits, stinky cheese baits and chicken liver in my local community fishery and had no luck at all not even bites. since i have been using the sudden impact fiber bait i dont only get hits but hard hits and not just from catfish but from rainbow trout, i perfer the cats. this stuff really works and works great. i have been using it for about 5 days and have caught 12 cats and 10 trout, all nice sized, fishing about an hour a day on my lunch brakes. my kids love it too. wow team catfish, great job and thank you. 5 stars all the way. i will be buying more and recemmend to everyone.

Message: Jason and I fished the Big Catch Catfish festival tournament at Osceola Arkansas this past weekend and finished first with a 3 fish limit weighing 123 pounds. Once again the Team Catfish products made the difference, the I-Cat rods, Tug-O-War braid and mono line, Double Action and Super Circle hooks, Floating Fish Grip, and Dead Red Blood Spray. I can definately say that all these made the difference for us and our success. Thanks Jeff for these awesome products!!!!! For all those that don't use Team Catfish products, give them a try, you won't be sorry!

    Name: Justen Smith
    Location: Missouri River @ Waverly
Message: Recently my partner Larry and I took part in a KC Catfish tournament out of Waverly MO. We caught 4 fish weighing 21.8, 56.8, 77.1 and 78.4 for a total stringer weight of 234.1 lbs. We smashed the old record by more than a few pounds. There's no way we could have done it without more than a few Team Catfish products. Team Catfish Double Action hooks do exactly what's advertised, that hook set itself deep in the lip of those monster catfish. Team Catfish Dead Red spray is an absolute must no matter how you use it, all four fish were caught on cut bait either soaked in Dead Red or sprayed before it hit the water. Dead Red works... Period. Terminal Tackle such as sinker slides and sinker bumpers were also paramount in the landing of these fish. I would like to thank Team Catfish for all of the hard work they do to provide us with such great products... I'm hooked. Thanks Again, Justen Smith

Message: I just moved to Oklahoma from Colorado. I've done a bunch of fishing but never anything down here and will be the first to admit that I don't know a thing when it comes to catfish. What I can say is that Secret 7 has got to be hands down the best catfish bait made. I went for cats today for the first time in my life and literally caught cats non stop until i left. There were people sitting all around me and I was the only one catching. Eventually everyone started asking just what I was doing... my response "All you need to do is put Secret 7 on your kook and flip it into the water". Thank you team catfish, you just gained a lifetime customer!

    Name: Marvin Thomas
    Location: IL
Message: My Dad always swore that shad were the best bait for catfish here in central Illinois. I have to admit that I've caught bigger catfish on shad in years past than on other baits. This year, I thought I'd give Secret 7 a try. (Watching the videos all winter had me psyched up!) I continue to catch decent size channel cats, but the numbers are up. A week ago, I caught 9, which is probably my best day ever. The fish basket weighed 23 pounds. The biggest fish was over 3 pounds. Last Friday, my 8 year old stepson caught a 4 pound channel cat. It may not be a giant, but it's a lot bigger than we're accustomed to, and he had ball reeling it in. I may just retire my shad net and use Secret 7 exclusively. It sure is easy. Thank you for a great product. Marvin Thomas Springfield, IL

Message: Jason and I made the trip down to Alabama on Logan Martin Lake for the American Pro Catter Elite Challenge and gave it our best effort. Conditions were very tough during the prefishing that we were able to do the two days before the tournament. Small fish was all we could find. We had caught one 18 lb blue, one 7 lb blue, and the rest were 2 lb or less. The first day of the tournament went a lot better than expected and we were in 2nd place with 71 lbs of fish. The second day was tougher and we could only come up with 31 lbs for a two day total of 102 lbs which was good enough for second place. As always the TEAM CATFISH gear performed flawlessly. Thanks Jeff for giving us the opportunity to go out and put your gear to the test and showcasing it's effectiveness. Without a doubt TEAM CATFISH offers the best catfishing tackle that money can buy, so do yourself a favor, buy you some TEAM CATFISH gear, and start catching more catfish than you ever have!!!

Message: Just started catfishing and did not know a thing about it. Had been having poor results with hot dogs and shrimp (hey it's what I had in the fridge) sadly I was eating more of the bait than the fish. I found your website and ordered "The Big Deal" It had everything I could need in it. The hooks are so nice I almost hate to get them wet (The 8/0 double action circle hooks are amazing). The best thing was the Secret 7 bait. Wow. I opened this and walked behind my daughter while she was in the recliner and she jumped up and ran out of the room holding her nose (I knew that was a good sign and the fish would love it) we went jug fishing and we caught 7 big channel cats in less than an hour versus one the whole month on shrimp and hotdogs. Thank you so much I was starting to get discouraged. I will be ordering your 3.5 gallon case "Secret 7" in a few days and some more of those awesome hooks. The daughter ran off with my hat that came In the kit. She loves it. Thanks again.

Message: My oldest son Jordan came in from the Air Force for Memorial weekend and he wanted to do a fishing. I put the new I- cat in his hand and he learned to bottom.bounce in just a few minutes. He said he had no problem feeling the bottom with the I-cat rod and tug-o-war braid, and was fishing like a pro in no time. We ended up with 7 blue cats in just over 2 hours of fishing for a total of 175lbs. It was this 68lb blue that made the day, the I-cat handled the big blue with no problem. It was the 10/0 super circle that hooked the big blue, this hook amazes me every time out. Once a fish is hooked, it isn't coming off. Jordan said this is going to be a trip that he won't forget, and I agree!!!

Message: A FIST FULL OF CATS! Here is a great Report from catfish guide Bobby Kubin. www.Bobby-Catfishing.com Edwin and Kay joined me for a half-day blue cat trip Tuesday morning on Lake Lewisville. This was a very special trip for both of them. God blessed us with beautiful weather and hungry fish. The bite started out non-stop while we had some wind blowing. Kay even had a triple in the front of the boat. She was so excited and wanted to get a picture of her holding all three fish at once. Late in the morning the wind died down and the bite slowed a bit, but we still managed to keep some fish biting. They wrapped up the morning with 31 blues in the box and took home 3 gallon bags of catfish fillets. Fresh shad with Dead Red Blood Spray help make this a memorable trip.

    Name: Rob Houg
    Location: MN.
Message: Team, I have used the Team Catfish bait here in Minnesota and let me tell you the results are amazing. I have been fishing at my favorite cat hole and catching nothing. One day out with my catfish hunting buddies I decided to use the Sudden Impact I bought at Four Seasons in Redwing Minnesota. I had previously seen your products on the net and red other testimonials but never believed it would work better than cut bait or crawlers. I used the Sudden impact and my partners used cut bait ranging from bull head to sucker minnows and beyond, they also attempted night crawlers as well with no luck. I had the sudden impact on my line for about 30 minutes ready to give up and bam about a 10lb channel cat on my pole awesome. No sooner than I could bait the hook again and cast it in I had another hit with about a 14lb catfish on the line. My friends caught nothing that night and as they were skeptics they still didn\\\'t use my awesome new bait. They even opted the next night to ignore my success with the sudden impact and go for the cut bait route. I again watched my son who is 8 years old (Myles) real in about a 13lb catfish using the sudden impact fiber bait. Amazing is a way to describe it. I have used other baits in the stink bait and punch bait categories and have seen no results only a couple times on the lake for no more than 2 hrs on the water and I am sold this is the real deal. I hope other anglers realize it is not a gimmick and start using it to catch their cats. I cannot wait to use this bait throughout the year to see how big these channel cats get. Last year the channel cat record for my crew was about 20lbs. Which may seem small to some but fishing from shore and fishing in Hastings Mn in my location these are good size for the area. I cannot wait to take this bait with on our trip to Redwing Mn just to see what monsters we can reel in. I have also purchased the Tug O war line and look forward to reviewing that as well. I do like the color as my fishing buddy Piepone has it on his cat pole and it is extremely visible at night and holds the color. I will of course give my own review as it is nice to review products that actually work Sincerely, Rob Houg Rosemount MN 55068

Message: Hello TCF! I just quickly want to say that I received my tackle and bait in ample time, as some of your customers have stated. And guess what? I think that I'm gonna like Catfishing'! Thank you for your tackle and your bait! I really appreciate it! I hope in the near future more good products will be sold by TCF, like a jumbo floating wire fish basket because I fish off the shore, and many other items. I don't work for TCF but I wish I did. I had the privilege to fish today on 5/10/12 at the Arkansas River in Russelle, AR, and the weather was good. They turned the dam on and I didn't catch as many fish as I would have planned because the current was very strong, and I did catch 4 channels. Not too bad for a 53 year old man. Haha! May all you days be catfish days! TCF you will be hearing from me again in the future! Jerry A.

Such was the case yesterday when I headed to Rend Lake Illinois. The bite was on fire! I caught 19 fish total. They ranged from 3-5 pounds. Most were closer to 5 pounds than the 3. All of the fish were caught in 2 feet of water. Thanks Team Catfish for a great bait and helping me have an awesome day!

Message: I just received my (2) 8 FT Catfish Warrior Rods at the front door. I took them out of the neatly packed box and plastic wrap and was simply blown away at the level of craftmenship that went into producing these rods. I have been using Ugly Stik Tigers for years (great rods) but the Catfish Warrior is superior in terms of quality, appearance, and overall feel. The real test will come tomorrow when i hit the water, but there is no doubt in my mind that these rods will handle like a dream. Thank you for the quick delivery, will be ordering more soon. On and BTW I'll be replacing all of my rubber beads with these sinker bumpers as well. They are spot on!

I my self live in OKC, OK so it was always disappointing to come home from visiting family in Grove and not be able to find your products. Until that is I went to Bass Pro and WOW there was your brite yellow insignia! So I just wanted to let you know I've been a big supporter of your products and couldn't be happier to see a home town business flourish. I look forward to being able to find ALL the products that are "#1 IN CATFISHING" here in the city and anywhere else a person might go for catfishing gear. J. Brown

    Location: Round Rock
Message: Emilio De Luna Jeff: 9 channels on my brand new iCat/High Standard Carbon Rod. Let me start by telling everybody that this rod is worth everybit it's price and will exceed all your expectations. I canceled a custom rod job just to order this rod so I was a little nervous. To be honest when I recieved the iCat I blown away by how light it was, but.... (and there is a but)...... it did feel somewhat to light for cat fishing, but what would I know until I took it to the field for real world testing. Before my assesment of the iCat let me explain my rig and the rigging. I "married" the iCat to a Abu Garcia Record No. 50 and ran a 12lb floro through it. It was a perfect match and has an excelent balance. (I put a 6500 c3 just to feel the balance and it felt even better!!). I fished off the bank at Muleshoe on Lake Travis where there is a muddy bottom so I rigged 2 different rigs for that day, one was the Slip Sinker rig and the second was the Santee Cooper rig. I chummed the fishing area and started fishing right at dawn. I started getting strikes with the first 10 minutes and I can honestly say I was blown away by the sensativity of the iCat, you will feel EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING that not only strikes your bait but also anything that touches your bait. People this is an awsome rod. At one piont when I was reeling in my second biggest cat of the day I stopped reeling it in so I just could feel the rod in my hand, I guess I was learning how all the vibrations felt through the iCat!!! Once again it will exceed all your expectaions!!!!! At $149.95 you will be underpaying for this rod. I out fished my sons by 4 cats they came home with 5 each I came home with 9 and i'm sure its because I felt the very light bites that otherwise we miss on heavier cat rods. Get it!!! you will not be disapointed!!!! Emilio

Message: Absolutely cannot go wrong with a double action 3/0 Hook. The double action hook is amazing when it comes to catfish. You never have to worry about missing the bite, what you do have to worry about is losing your rod, cause when these hooks set look out its on, i myself almost lost a rod. I would recommend this gear 110% all the time.

Message: All I have to say is this stuff works!!! After watching some Team Catfih videos on youtube and coming on here and reading some testimonials I decided to buy some Secret 7, Sudden Impact, and Dead Red Blood Spray. After I ordered this stuff I recieved the package 2 days later which I was really excited about. Well i finally got out there today to try the Secret 7 out. I had my doubts of it actually working because I have tried ALOT of stink baits and dip baits with no success AT ALL. Well my experience with Secret 7 completely erased all doubts I had about this stuff. I could not believe the size of the cats I was pulling in with the Secret 7. The smallest fish I caught today was still bigger than all the cats I was normaly catching. On my hike back to the car everyone was asking how I did and every chance I had to show off the big guy I caught I did ha ha. Everyone I showed it to could not believe the size of the cat and everyone said they have never seen that big of a channel cat caught out there, and neither had I until today. But all that means to me is that there is some even bigger ones out there that I am going to catch with the Secret 7. Team Catfish you have a customer for life. And I cant express to you how good your customer service is over the phone. Thanks a bunch!!

Sunday morning, twelve year old Tyelor York landed a new personal best and the pending Texas Parks and Wildlife, Jr. Angler Catch and Release record blue catfish for Lake Lewisville in my boat. The fish weighed 22 lbs. 12 oz, had a length of 38-1/2" and girth of 22-1/2". The fish was landed on one of my 3/4 Ton Casting Rods using fresh gizzard shad with Dead Red Blood Spray for bait. The 8/0 Double Action Circle hook found its mark and held true. Tyelor and his dad Jeff ended the morning catching 33 blue cats in just over 4 hours of fishing, or should I say "catching". Thanks again for helping my customers catch that fish of a lifetime and put more and bigger smiles on their faces. The duo managed a 2 day total pushing the 60lb mark. Considering it was record heat for the event there was a lot of fish caught. However the big ones were hard to find. Sam & Regan both were sporting Team catfish gear at the event. Both anglers were praising Team catfish tackle and its ability to bring fish out of the heavy cover they were fishing. Team Catfish also donated a prize package for the event that definitely turned some heads.

We were on a good bite and I quit spraying my Dad's baits to see if it made a difference. Mom caught 4 in a row before Dad caught his next fish. Mom went up 3 more before Dad had his next hook-up. I started spraying all of the baits and the fish hit all of them about equal then.

We got there and fought to bait up first and get our lines in the water 2 8lb cats and a 15 pound cat later we didn't want to go home. After hitting the bottom of the boat after several minutes, the hook was completely through the jaw. It's nice having a quality hook and getting somebody hooked on giant bluecats! I don't trust any other hook than team catfish for big blues.

Everyone else was using liver, worms & not catching 1 to his 15, kept nudging in as close to me as they could & still caught Nada I never thought I would see hatred for catfish bait like I saw today, every time I reached down & pulled out another one I could feel the eyes like a cold chill & I think the obnoxious hat & the laughing probably didn't help much. By the time we left, Me, the boy & the sudden impact were all getting real close to being thrown in the pond. I did manage to give some of your bait away as we left & told them where I got it, they were already catching fish by the time we got to the other side Congratulations Team Catfish for a super bait & 1 happy kid!

Message: Hey, Team Catfish! Thanks for posting my testimonial. I was able to get a picture of a local channel cat caught with Secret 7, a dead red dip tube, and my own hat sponge cube on a 3/0 circle hook (not sure if I really need the sponge as well as dip tube but it seems to help when the river current is extra strong.). The landing net is about 36" in diameter. I brought this fellow in on a 6'6" ultralight rod with 6 pound test line -- a really nice fight. The cat itself weighed about two to three pounds. This is about the biggest that we get around here from the shore. I now have my son hooked on Secret 7. He loves how we can bring in loads of cats and not have to deal with the large amount of small perch that steal worms and chicken livers but won't mess with the Secret 7.

    Name: Chris
    Location: Delaware County, PA
Message: I fish along the Delware River from the shorline and the cats are mixed in with other fish such as perch, stripers and eels. I typically use chicken livers and circle hooks and even found a decent way to tie the livers to the hooks with elastic thread. This works great if the cats are around but, more often than not, much of the bait would be lost to these little non-cats and I constantly have to reel in and check the hooks which were usually picked clean. All the cats I encounter are little compared to what I see here. Often, I use ultralight tackle to bring in cats of about eight pounds or less. Hence, we tend to catch "kittens" and not real catfish as most guys know them. I guess the big ones are way out in the river's middle channel. Secret-7 seems to solve that problem of little fish stealing the bait! I bought a small tub with some dip tubes to try. I watched the videos (very important, as I had to thin it a bit with oil and understand how it works on the water). The current wiped out the dip tubes pretty clean so I then added a small square of hat cleaing sponge material that I had bought from a western store. This combination did the trick. I threw out the sponge/tube combo and had a cat nail it within ten minutes. I landed a total of five kitten-sized cats which is great considering that the ultralight makes them feel like much larger cats. The great part was no nibbling from the little perch and stripers or eels out there! I knew I had a cat when I got a hit. Thank you, TC! You've make cat fishing which I enjoy more enjoyable! I load up the hook, send it out, and simply let it sit out there in the current and wait. No more having to reel in and check after a nibbling rod-twitch from a 4" perch! No hit withing fifteen minutes means no cats around so move around! I only wish that TC had a dealer around in PA. I have to travel very far to find dip or punch bait of any kind so am forced to order it on-line.

The other picture is a nice 17 pound blue cat my wife caught while on Wheeler. She caught it on TOW 80# braid, 8/0 TC double action circle hook, sinker bumper and sinker slide. Way to go Team Catfish and all the great catfish tackle you offer.

Message: What a way to start off the new year. I run Cattin Around Adventures guide service in Central Texas and few friends of mine and myself decided to bring in the new years at Lake Wheeler Alabama. Armed with guide and tournament tested tackle from Team Catfish we set out on a new years day for a beast. With tough weather conditions the day started a little slow, we found fish off a start step ledge and started a control drift (or dragging) and caught several fish. Best of the day was this 35 and 84. Thanks Jeff for the quality of your product. All fish were caught on double action 8/0 hooks, the new super circle 10/0 hooks, tug-o-war 65lb yellow braid, sinker slides, and sinker bumpers using skipjack herring as bait.

Message: I bought a 50 pack of 8/0 circle hooks recently. The hooks are just flat out quality, and I wouldn't trust anything else for a giant blue. The other day, a team catfish circle found the corner of a 52 inch blue cat, a new personal best. I'd say conservatively it went at least 75 lbs, maybe into the 80s. The very next day, I brought in a 44 lb blue, perfectly hooked in the corner of the mouth. I tell all my catfishing friends to do it right with team catfish circle hooks.

Message: Dead Red Blood Spray & Pike Mackerel Thanks to the mixture of Dead Red Blood Spray, a slice of Pike Mackerel, and a 5/0 Double Action Dead Red hook, I landed my first 27 lb. Blue Catfish today. Man was I excited, and crazy enough this time I was by myself instead of with my kids. This took place in a small pay lake in Poway California off one of their buoy lines in a boat. Their current record blue stands at 34lbs., so I was shy by a couple of numbers, but still mine was HUGE. I had the wife take a few pictures and let her go back to the deep for another day of fun for someone, plus eaten one over 15lbs. is not as tender.

Message: I don't fish much in fall or winter, but did get out and set some lines in a local lake. On October 6, 2010 I caught a 29" channel on two persimmons on a 8/0 Team Catfish, double action, red hook. The bait was set near the bottom in 20 feet of water. On October 24, 2010 I caught a 21" channel on some mini marshmallows on a 6/0 Team Catfish, double action, red hook. I had a small split shot on the line, but it wasn't enough to sink the marshmallows, so I left for two minutes to get some more weights and came back to find a fish on. This is the only channel I have caught with a bait floating on the surface. No, persimmons and marshmallows are not my favorite baits for channels, but I won't totally ignore their use either. Both channel cats were hooked in the lower lip. Not just 'barely' hooked, but hooked at least 1/2" to 3/4" inside the the outer edge of the lip and then the hook came out the underside (outside portion) of the jaw. The hook was embedded so solid that you could have held up a 20 pound fish with no fear that the fish would fall off because of that much weight. Even a 20 pounder could not have wiggled off of those hooks. I had to exert all my effort just to unhook and release these beautiful fish. I highly recommend these hooks. It's clear that they work remarkable well and do the job that a quality hook is intended to do. Any chance you will come out with same hook in something larger than an 8/0? I know some flatheads I'd like to test them on. Ralph Nunn Ralph

Message: Team Catfish Crew, The Team Catfish Dead Red Blood Spray is an AWESOME product! I spray every piece of bait that hits the water and feel it really helps put more fish and more smiles in my boat. Here's a picture of Willy with his personal best blue cat that tipped the scales at 22 lbs. It was the first fish of the morning and hit a gizzard shad fillet on a 5/0 Double Action Circle hook drifting over a deep-water flat. Of course the bait was generously sprayed with Dead Red. Willy finished up the trip catching 23 catfish in 5 hours. Water temps were close to 90 degrees, but that didn't stop the fish from biting! The fish hook themself and all I have to do is reel, no jerking to set the hook. My wife now makes me put them on her rigs when we are fishing. We mainly bank fish around Wilson and Wheeler Dams on the Tennesse River in North Alabama. I think your video of the 88lb Blue Cat was filmed in front of where I work on Wheeler Lake. Thanks Team Catfish.

Message: Dear Team Catfish. I've seen your videos on youtube and eventually wandered onto your website. So this winter I bought some Secret 7 dip bait and some cirlcle hooks to try and catch some big channels. I started off using cut up bluegill on two rods and Secret Seven on the other two. The Secret Seven outfished the bluegill 3:1. I caught my biggest channel which was a 13lb of the year 34in hog I caught night fishing. Your gear works. I look forward to trying the Sudden Impact Fiber Bait.

I wasn't having much luck with cut perch for about 3 hours so I took my last dried out fillet of perch and smeared some Secret 7 on it. 30 minutes later and the pole bends with a 24.8 lb 39.5 inch blue cat on the end of the line. That's two 25 lb cats in roughly two weeks with Secret 7. Thanks again for an awesome product! Greg

Message: well not that you guys need it, but i figured id give another great testimonial to you... the past 5 mornings ive went to the local community park with absolutely no luck, not even a bite, on nightcrawlers or another brand of dip bait, so i placed my order for secret 7, got it yesterday, i made some leaders using the red dead dip tubes and hooks, and some with the furry thang, i took two rods out early this morning used one dip tube, one furry thang...3 minutes after being in the water, i got a hit, and pulled in about a 3 lber. as i was rebaiting the hook my other rod took a hit, and i pulled in another similar size cat... i rebaited both the hooks threw them out, a couple minutes went by and another one hit... as i was pulling that one in, my second rod got another bite, i ended up missing that one, and pulled in the one i was already pullin in, about a 2 lber. about 5 minutes later, i pulled in another one about the same size as the others, i was out for about another 30 minutes before a storm came and i had about 10 more good hits that i missed which was my own fault, i would be rebaiting a hook, get hit on the other rod but not make it in time... so that stuff works plain and simple.. a warning to those who fish by them selves with multiple rods, if you use secret 7 you wont be able to keep up with them all at once.. *$*Jason*$*
